About the event
Please meet in front of Lock House 8 at 08:45 to check in. We'll then walk to the canoe launch area and paddle to Minnie's Island.
Note, the canoe landing is likely to be muddy. Please wear appropriate clothing and footwear.
Upon arrival, the MKSK team will work with Joe and/or Rob on a variety of conservation tasks, while Juliet and Dallas will focus on sprucing up the cabin interior and deck in advance of Isle-Fest 2025.
For your comfort and safety, we suggest you bring:
• Life vest, if you own one (we have spares)
• Long-sleeved shirt and pants
